Engineer’s Workshop Camp Details

Unlock your imagination through engineering! 

Engineers will participate in hands-on, collaborative design challenges that will call upon their creativity and critical thinking skills. Campers will learn the basics of coding and flight, fly simulator aircraft in the museum’s Flight Sim Zone simulator center, and more!

Cockpit Encounters

Program Includes

  • Step into different aircraft around the museum and explore cockpits of aircraft not typically open to the public.

Camp Daily Schedule

Camps meet full day, 9 AM – 4 PM.

Regular camp check-in begins at 8:30 AM, and check-out ends at 4:15 PM.

Extended PM hours are available for select sessions. PM Care end times and fees vary by session. See registration page for details.

Four major projects are completed daily.  Children will be assigned to discrete teams and remain with their team and the same instructional staff for the entire session.
